Returns
Customers are entitled to a 7 day grace period from date of invoice in which to return any unopened or unworn items for a full refund. Once the item has been received by us and processed we will then refund your card. We cannot process a refund if the item is returned after the 7 day grace period.
We will allow a further 14 days after the 7 grace period (total return time of 21 days) if you wish to exchange the product for a different size, style or a store credit (please note that we do not advise this as we, unlike large chain stores are a boutique and therefore only carry limited quantities. The items must be unworn and unwashed. If an item is returned and smells of (cigarette) smoke, body odour, perfume / aftershave, cooking / food or is stained with makeup we cannot issue a refund / exchange. Likewise if any item has been washed in any way or damaged, we will not process a refund / exchange.
Returning sale items
Sale, clearance or end of line items cannot be returned or exchanged for any other reason than a fault in the items. The item has been reduced in price in order to clear.
How to send back an item
Firstly you must e-mail us with the product code, invoice number and reason for return, we will then, in accordance with our terms and conditions, issue a return authorisation number. This number must be included with the return item in order for us to process the refund / exchange.
All returns must be folded and packed in the manner that it was sent to you in order to protect the item. Please take care to return the item in the same manner you would to a store. Please note that the item must be returned in such a condition that it is suitable for resale. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary.
Please keep your invoice if you would like to exchange an item. When returning the item all packaging and tags must be intact and the purchase invoice and authorisation number must be included with a brief note explaining the reason for return. It is advisable to keep your paperwork separate in order to avoid any ink transference onto the garment in cases where the package may get wet as this would render your return ineligible.
Return shipping costs
Shipping costs for any un-damaged or non flawed items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you take care with the option you choose for postage and keep any track and trace numbers as the package is the responsibility of the customer until delivered and signed for by us.
IMPORTANT: Please note we cannot accept personal cheques, franked or prepaid envelopes as payment for shipping costs. Please do not send this method of payment as it will cause a delay with your order.
Deliveries
(A1)Orders must be placed before 3.0pm in order to avail of next day delivery .Next day delivery is only available in the Republic of Ireland.
(B)Next day delivery is not possible in certain areas, please ring 051-395395 for confirmation of these areas.
(C)Telephone number is essential for next day delivery.
(D)Next day delivery applies to next working day.
(E)As we do not deliver the orders ourselves and use a third party carrier, please do not ask us to deliver items with a special request such as leaving it behind the wheelie bin. Please ensure that if you will not be available to take delivery at your home address you provide an alternative address at time of order.
(F)All delivery dates are estimates and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatever due to our failure to deliver the Goods, or any part of them, promptly or at all.
(G) Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyers address on or about the delivery date. The Buyer shall make all necessary arrangements to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. We shall not store any Goods on behalf of the Buyer after such date.
(H) We may deliver Goods ordered by the Buyer in separate instalments. Each separate instalment shall be invoiced and paid for in accordance with the terms and conditions.
(I)We will not be held responsible for late delivery of orders which may arise from circumstances beyond our control such as but not exclusive to industrial action or force majeure.
(J)In the event that your order cannot be received, an attempt of delivery slip will be left by the courier advising same with a number to contact the carrier.

Orders
(A) All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be on offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods subject to these conditions.
(B) All Goods are offered and sold subject to sufficient stock being available and to the price being confirmed by us.
(C) We may cancel all or part of any order for Goods at any time before the Goods are delivered by giving written notice to the Buyer. On giving such notice we shall within twenty-one days repay to the Buyer any sums paid in respect of a cancelled order. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such cancellation.
(D) The Buyer may not cancel or vary any order without written consent from Redlane upon terms that shall indemnify us against all losses including loss of profits, costs, damages, charges and expenses incurred by the Buyer.
Price and Payment
(A) We reserve the right at all times to revise the price of the Goods due to factors beyond our control including, but not limited to foreign exchange fluctuations, alteration of duties, increase in cost of production or transport.
(B) Any price quoted by us at the time a Buyer makes an order for Goods shall be an estimate only and the actual price to be paid by the Buyer for the Goods shall be as set out on the invoice. Our prices include VAT, where applicable.
(C) In order to contract with us you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We reserve the right to refuse any request made by you. When your order is accepted by us we will inform you by e-mail. A contract between us will not be formed until we have confirmed by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you.
(D)When placing an order you undertake that all details supplied are true and accurate and that you are the authorised user of the credit card and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of goods and shipping.
(E) Payment of the invoice is due at the time of order.
Misuse of Website
(A) This website must not be misused in any way, including committing or encouraging a criminal offence, transmit or distribute a virus, hack into any aspect of the service or corrupt data.
(B) We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by service attack, viruses or other harmful material that may infect your computer equipment or data due to use of this website.
Law and Juristiction
(A) All contracts made under these Conditions shall be governed by the law of The Republic Of Ireland.
(B) All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of The Republic Of Ireland.
Privacy & Security
Redlane is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. When you place an order with us it is necessary for us to request some personal information in order to process your order. We can assure you that access to this information will be strictly limited to authorised personnel only.
If you have made a purchase from our online boutique we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail. You can choose not to receive such information if you prefer any correspondence will have an unsubscribe option to unsubscribe from future mails. We will not knowingly ever sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party.
