Q: WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS? - WHERE IS THE SHOP LOCATED?
We're in Tramore, County Waterford, in the Sunny South East of Ireland.
The shop is open from 10am til 6pm - Monday to Saturday. And on Sundays we are open from 1pm til 5.30pm.
Q: WHAT SIZES DO YOU GO UP TO?
Most styles go up to Size 16 only, but we do keep an eye out for larger ranges and grab those Size 18s when they're available.
Available Sizes are listed in the - Select SIZE - drop down menu on each product listing on the website.
They go fast though... so do keep an eye on the Facebook to get first look at our hot new arrivals!
Q: WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER... I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE SIZING?!
Check the product descriptions for handy tips on fit with individual items, but if anything you order is not fitting right when you get it, don't worry! You have 14 days to return it for a full refund, and 21 days to return it for a credit note. As a general guide to our sizing:
- XX SMALL - Size 6
- X SMALL - Size 8
- SMALL - Size 10
- MEDIUM - Size 12
- LARGE - Size 14
- X LARGE - Size 16
- XX LARGE - Size 18
Q: HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you're not happy with your purchase, for ANY reason, we understand! Sometimes things just don't work out.
We've made it as easy as possible by working with An Post to bring you their Return My Shopping service - you just complete their online form, print off your returns label, whack it on your package and drop it off at any Post Office. And it's only a fraction of the usual cost - a standard fee of €4.50! Please note you will need access to a printer to use this service.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SALE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS FOR AN EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE ONLY.
Online customers get 14 days from date of invoice to return any unopened or unworn full priced items for a full refund, exchange or credit (excluding P&P costs, unless the item is faulty) on full priced items. Once the item has been received and processed by us, we will then refund the original payment method only.
We allow a further 7 days (total return time of 21 days) in which to exchange a product for a different size, style or a store credit on full priced items only.
Q: CAN YOU PUT THIS ITEM AWAY FOR ME?
Of course we can! The easiest way is to buy it with Click & Collect, to guarantee it comes out of stock and some other lucky customer doesn't snap it up before you. When you get into the shop you can try it on, and if anything isn't right we'll process a refund, or you can exchange it there and then. Secure and Simple!
