It's extremely important that you see your doctor straight away if you find any of these signs, even though most breast lumps and symptoms do turn out to be benign.

Get the Girls Out - the Afternoon Tea
The brainchild of Catherine at Redlane, our Afternoon Tea charity event on Sunday 14th May 2017, at Faithlegg House Hotel, was a great success.
We were delighted to donate €5,470 to the Solas Centre Waterford, and Waterford Hospice; and hosted a breast check demonstration featuring the lovely Allie Lomas Crowe, plus a live Q&A session with Registered Nurse Orla Quinn so attendees could get some real-time feedback on any concerns that were raised.
Besides the solid education, the fancy gin and fine foods, and all the gladrags and handbags we got to show off, our fashion show models on the day were all breast cancer survivors, who shared their personal stories with us all to help raise awareness and maybe even save some lives.
